Born from the Moroccan spring of 2011, Tariq Ibnou Ziyad Initiative (TIZI) is a citizen initiative from civil society, stimulating the emergence of young leaders, pillars of better governance for a democratic and prosperous Morocco.
TIZI is a patriotic, independent and non-partisan network of expertise and a noted actor in Moroccan civil society. TIZI is a project of hope and confidence in Moroccan youth, which aims to promote young people.

TIZI is structured around three major operational axes:
Politique et Citoyenneté
- Observe and decipher the current political field, particularly during elections
- Be a vector for dialogue and debate through organizing conferences and discussions
Etudes
- Be a central element of reflection on public and civic policies
- Decipher and propose analytical elements on current issues and themes
TIZI Leadership Institute
- Initiate a process in the Moroccan ecosystem to promote Leadership in Morocco and the emergence of young leaders
- Identify 20 young talents each year and support them in their leadership training, enabling them to accelerate their career and project development
- Be a lever for training, awareness and popularization of Political and Citizenship tools to Moroccan youth
